The rules are for internal use on the hotel territory

Hotel Policies

  1. The prior right for accommodation at the Hotel is provided to individuals with confirmed room reservation. All others are lodged on a first come first served basis. The room reservation is confirmed once you receive a unique booking number.
  2. If the reservation is not guaranteed by a company or a credit card, the reservation is kept till 6 p.m of the pre-arrival date. If there is no guarantee till 6 p.m of the pre-arrival date, the reservation is cancelled and the Guest is accommodated according to the on a first come first served basis and room availability.
  3. If the reservation is guaranteed, the booked room is kept till 12 a.m. of the arrival date. In a case of no-show or late cancellation (less than 48h before the arrival date), the Guest is charged a room fee according to the booking rate.
  4. To be registered, the Guest should show one of the following documents at the reception: a passport (of the citizen of Ukraine/other state or an international passport), an identity card, a driver's license, a military ID or other document issued in accordance with the established procedure and certifying the identity of the citizen according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
  5. To complete the registration, the Guest should personally fill in the registration form and hand it in (as well as one of the above-mentioned documents) to the Reception Administrator. Then the Guest receives a room key.
  6. Payment for the stay is made upon arrival for a hotel day *.
  7. In case of a guaranteed arrival from 12 a.m. till the check-out time (12 p.m.), the Guest is charged a 100% fee per night.
  8. In case of a guaranteed early arrival (from 6 a.m. till 12 p.m.) with an additional 100% payment of the room rate per night, the Hotel does not guarantee the provision of the room at a specified time, but the Guest has the prerogative right to get a room once it is free and cleaned.
  9. In a case of check-out before 6 p.m., the Guest is charged a payment for accommodation for the half of the hotel day.
  10. In a case of check-out after 6 p.m., the Guest is charged a payment for accommodation for the full hotel day.
  11. The payment for accommodation is accepted in cash (UAH), via bank transfer or by credit card.
  12. Additional hotel services are paid by the Guest additionally according to the current price list.
  13. Children under 6 years old can be accommodated at the Hotel free of charge (without a separate bed; the child age must be confirmed by a document).
  14. Pets are not allowed at the Hotel.
  15. The Administration provides an accommodation to the Guest only for the paid period of time. After the end of the paid period, the accommodation can be extended at the request of the Guest only if there are available rooms. It's mandatory to inform the Guest about this paragraph at the time of the conclusion of the accommodation contract (acceptance of the application or payment).
  16. The visitors invited by the Guests are welcomed at the Hotel from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. local time. Note that it's necessary to show a document certifying the identity of the invited person at the reception.
  17. In case of absence of the above-mentioned document, the Hotel Administration is not responsible for the safety of the client and his belongings.
  18. After 10 p.m. local time all meetings should take place in the lobby of the Hotel. If these rules are not observed, the stay of these persons in the Hotel may be limited in time or terminated.
  19. It is forbidden to drink alcoholic or other brought beverages as well as to eat your own food products in public places of the Hotel: lobby, bar, fitness centre, pool area, conference halls.
  20. The Hotel Administration is not responsible for the safekeeping of documents, money, valuables and jewelry that are kept not in the room safe.
  21. Jewels, money and documents can be kept in individual safes in the rooms.
  22. The Guest should take care of the property and equipment of the Hotel, respect silence and cleanliness. The Hotel does not allow loud music and other noises.
  23. The Guest should comply with the fire-safety and general safety rules.
  24. It is forbidden to plug-in electrical appliances with a power exceeding 220 W.
  25. It is forbidden to bring and keep flammable and explosive materials in the room.
  26. It is forbidden to smoke on the territory of the Hotel (including electronic cigarettes and other tobacco substitutes), except for specially designated places (special cabins in museum rooms on the 8th and 9th floors, smoking areas near the main entrance to the Hotel and near the entrance to the terrace on the 3rd floor). If the traces of smoking are discovered in the geust rooms, the Guest is charged a penalty of 2000 UAH.
  27. According to the current legislation of Ukraine, the Guest compensates losses in full in case of damages of the Hotel property and is also liable for damages and violations of this Policy caused by the persons invited by him.
  28. When leaving the Hotel, the Guest should hand in the key to the Reception Administrator and pay for the services indicated in the invoice, if the third party has not officially claimed a responsibility for his expenses.
  29. At the end of the stay, the Guest receives an invoice with the list of the provided services.
  30. For convenience and safety purposes, the Guest is recommended:
    • To keep the room key until the end of his stay at the Hotel and do not give it to other people. The Key is a guarantee of the Guest's personal safety.
    • Before leaving the room, the Guest should check the disconnection of electrical appliances and close all windows and doors.
    • It is not recommended to invite other people into the room as well as to leave them alone in the room if the Guest is absent.
  31. The Guest takes into consideration and does not object to the use of video surveillance systems on the premises of the Hotel (with the exception of guest rooms and toilet cubicles).
  32. It is forbidden for the Guest to be in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, to behave aggressively and inadequately, to interfere with other guests during the check-in, stay and check-out.
  33. It is forbidden to take pictures and shoot on a video camera on the territory of the Hotel without the permission of the Hotel Administration.
  34. If the Guest does not comply with the rules of this Policy, the Administration has the right to evict him ahead of time and/or to refuse in checking-in.
  35. The book of complaints and proposals is in the Consumer Corner and is given to the Guest on the first request. All the requests and complaints are immediately proceeded by the Administration.
  36. The services provided by the Hotel correspond to the standards, requirements and Rules of the hotels use and hotels services provision that are valid on the territory of Ukraine.
